I voted for Tyre because in my opinion it was the most difficult feat to accomplish. It might not be as "glamorous" as one of the three major battles Granicus - Issos - Gaugamela but it was very important strategically and paved the way to Egypt. Once the Mediterranean shores were secured Alexander could move forward!
